  • Shipping and fulfillment providers — to deliver your orders. Your name and shipping address are shared with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Marketing and advertising platforms — including Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Klaviyo — to measure ad performance, retarget website visitors, and send email and SMS campaigns. These platforms may combine the data we share with information they have collected independently.

The Website is hosted and powered by Shopify. When you interact with our Website, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information as part of providing its platform services — including for fraud detection, payment processing, and platform analytics. Shopify processes this data under its own privacy policy.

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Website and support our marketing. These include:

Do Not Track: Other than the Global Privacy Control signal, we do not currently respond to browser-level Do Not Track signals.

We acknowledge that our product — protective athletic apparel — is used by youth athletes. We do not operate programs specifically directed to minors and encourage parents and guardians to review any orders placed on behalf of minor children.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.


California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

  • Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., completing your transaction, complying with tax obligations, defending legal claims).

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing / Targeted Advertising — request that we stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also exercise this right by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you (e.g., deny service, charge different prices) for exercising your privacy rights.

  • Right to opt out of marketing communications — unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send, or reply STOP to any SMS message.

  • Right to access or update account information — log into your account or contact us directly.

We will verify your identity before processing your request, as permitted or required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; the agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may verify your identity directly with you.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing.


9. Data Security & Breach Notification

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and our use of Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

Please be aware that no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend you do not share your account credentials and use secure networks when transacting online.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify you as required by California Civil Code Section 1798.82 and other applicable breach notification laws.


10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following:

  • Transaction and order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with IRS and accounting requirements.

  • Account information is retained until you request deletion or your account is otherwise closed.

  • Backup and archival copies may be retained for a limited additional period consistent with our data backup schedule.
