We acknowledge that our product — protective athletic apparel — is used by youth athletes. We do not operate programs specifically directed to minors and encourage parents and guardians to review any orders placed on behalf of minor children.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing.
9. Data Security & Breach Notification
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
